E. Ross Zimmerman
Mr. Zimmerman is a member of the Florida and New York Bars, having graduated with high honors and distinctions from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1971 and its faculty of law and jurisprudence in 1974.
Mr. Zimmerman served as an Assistant District Attorney and has served as the attorney for the Broward County Legislative Delegation and as an elected member of the Broward County Soil and Water Conservation District.
Mr. Zimmerman is a member of numerous Federal Bars including federal courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Zimmerman has handled many high profile cases and his clients include prominent members of the Florida Bar, the Judiciary, Civic Leaders and countless prominent members of the community and their spouses for the last 29 years.

Kelley A. Joseph 
Ms. Joseph was born December 18, 1968 in Detroit, Michigan and has been a Florida Resident since 1980. Ms. Joseph received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of South Florida in 1991. While attending law school at Nova Southeastern University, Ms. Joseph won the Martin H. Feinreider Moot Court Competition and graduated in the top 11% of her class. Ms. Joseph earned her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1994.
Ms. Joseph was admitted to practice of law in Florida in 1994. Ms. Joseph is a member of the federal bar, including the United States District Courts, Southern District and Middle District of Florida.
Ms. Joseph practices primarily in the areas of family and criminal law. Ms. Joseph has also been appointed Guardian Ad Litem by numerous Judges in Broward County to make recommendations regarding child custody and visitation to the court.

Karin A. Bayne, Esq. 
Ms. Bayne was born in Hollywood, Florida January 27, 1964, and has lived in Broward County, Florida her entire life. Ms. Bayne received her Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Florida Atlantic University in 1988. She then attended law school and obtained her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 1991. Ms. Bayne was licenced by the Supreme Court of Florida on May 7, 1992, to practice in all Florida Courts.
Ms. Bayne practices primarily in the area of family law and has done so for the past 12 years. Ms. Bayne handles complex divorce litigation including issues related to child custody, support, alimony, equitable distribution, paternity cases, domestic violence matters and related matters.
Professionally, she is a member of the Florida Bar and Broward County Bar Association and is involved with the Broward County Matrimonial Lawyers. Ms. Bayne has actively volunteered her time for Legal Aid-Broward Lawyers Care since 1993, providing pro bono services each year.
Ms. Bayne enjoys practicing law with her husband, E. Ross Zimmerman, and her partner, Kelley A. Joseph. The firm, Zimmerman, Joseph and Bayne, handles all areas of family law as well as cases involving criminal law.

Tami R. Wolfe 
Tami R. Wolfe was born in Albion N.Y. in 1962 and moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1963. She graduated from Nova High School and Attended Florida Atlantic University. There she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1988. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Nova University Law Center in 1991 and was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida that same year.
She has been practicing law in the field of Personal Injury since being admitted.
Ms. Wolfe was certified by the Supreme Court in February 1990 as a Guardian Ad Litem, representing abused and neglected Children in Judicial Court Proceedings.
She is Licensed to practice in all Florida Courts.
She also volunteers her time for the Guardian Ad Litem Program, Young Professionals for the Covenant House, The American Cancer Society and Love Thy Neighbors.
